General
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
Who can enter
3. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and immediate families of the Promoter, associated companies and agencies and participating outlets. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step brother, step sister or 1st cousin. The Promoter is Pacific Magazines Pty Ltd, 8 Central Ave, Eveleigh NSW 2015 (ABN 16 097 410 896).
4. Any entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of the bill payer and their legal parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter. The parent or guardian may be called to verify consent and may be required to sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. The release will also require the winner�s parent or guardian to accept responsibility for the acts and forbearances of the winner. The release must include the full name, address and telephone number of the winner�s legal guardian. Failure to provide such proof, particulars or releases will immediately invalidate the winner�s entitlement to the prize, subject to State and Territory legislation.
How to enter
5. Entrants may enter the competition by sending an SMS to 197 99 799 starting the message with their name and address. Be.interactive maximum SMS cost $0.55 including GST. SMS Helpdesk 1800 653 344.
6. Entries must include all requested contact details to be eligible to win. Entrants may only enter in their own name. Inaudible, incomprehensible, illegible, and incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. All entries become the property of the Promoter and cannot be returned.
7. All entrants may enter as many times as they like but only one prize will be awarded per person, except residents of SA who may win more than one prize.
Open, Close, Draw and Publish dates
8. The competition commences 14/11/12 at 09:00 AEDT and closes 21/12/12 at 14:00 AEDT. Entries must be received by the Promoter prior to the competition close date and time. The winners will be the first valid entries computerised randomly drawn at the premises of Salmat Digital, Level 2, 116 Miller Street, North Sydney 2060 at 14:00 AEDT on weekdays between 30/11/12 and 21/12/12. One winner will be drawn on each draw date. Draws will occur consecutively from 14:00 AEDT on dates with more than one draw scheduled. See table below for full schedule of details. The Promoter will ensure that all entries have an equal chance of winning the major prize.

9. The winners will be notified by mail.
10. The names of winners of prizes #1-12 (drawn on 30/11/12-11/12/12) will be published in The Australian newspaper on 17/12/12. The names of winners of prizes #13-24 (drawn on 12/12/12-21/12/12) will be published in The Australian newspaper on 9/1/2013.
11. Prizes will be sent within 28 days.
12. The Promoter may conduct such further draws on 25/3/13 at the same time and place as the original draw in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by this date, subject to State and Territory legislation. Winners of any further draws will be notified by mail and their names will be published in The Australian newspaper on 28/3/13.

Each valid entry period commences on 14/11 and ends at 2pm on a particular day. I think that means, for example, that you could enter the draw for prize 4 onwards as of today, however the cut off date/time for prize 4 would be 3/12 at 2pm. I assume that if you entered to win prize 4 you would automatically be entered for all subsequent draws because of the way it is worded. Maybe I have got that wrong, but that is my understanding. If others think I have got it wrong, please let me know. EDIT: i don't think that daily entry occurs between 9am and 2pm because in the table in the T&C, it states that you can enter each draw from 14/11 until the daily cut off time. I think if you entered after 2pm on a particular day, your entry would be included in the draw for the next prize and all subsequent prize draws.
